The kids club is clean and large. It offered many activities. ray and other staff were very nice and friendly. ray played with my daughter and took good care of her. i would return because my daughter enjoyed it.
The price i paid felt high for the location. The surrounding area feels a bit sleazy.

The room included a comfortable king size bed and a balcony overlooking the water. the bathroom contained two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Toiletries were replenished daily.

staff attention to my kid was great. they gifted him a balloon dinosaur, this made his day. honey, ae, ray, cherry, sere, and naew were so kind. the kids bounce room located on the 4th floor was a hit, my kid enjoyed this a lot.
pillows in the room were not very comfortable for me.

staff are attentive, they greet you with a smile each day. khun kukkik at the kidsclub is friendly to the children. sera also excels with kids, a huge asset for the hotel.
